- If you cancel your course enrollment at least 24 hours before the start of your first scheduled class.
- If the class or service you purchased is cancelled by frenchlearningpro.shop for any reason.
- If a technical issue, attributable to us, prevents you from accessing a paid class or resource and we
are unable to resolve it in a timely manner.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Missed classes or sessions due to your own scheduling conflicts or non-attendance.
- Requesting a refund after a class or service has already been fully delivered or used.
- Digital downloads, resources, or materials once they have been accessed or downloaded.

transaction details, and the reason for your request. All requests will be reviewed within five (5) business
days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Processing
